ORIGIN is dedicated to comprehensive fitness encompassing weight training, mobility, and cardio, suitable for both beginners and seasoned individuals. It skillfully blends all essential physical training components, fostering a synergetic relationship among weight training, mobility, and cardio. Throughout the program, you'll not only build strength but also cultivate the desired muscle "pump". Based on your training experience, you will begin your multi-phased workout blueprint that takes you through the 12-week period, split into 1 priming phase and 4 foundational phases.
