With over 17 years of expertise in strength training, weight management, fat loss, athletic and cognitive agility, rehabilitation, and healthy routine formation, I deliver a highly personalized system designed to optimize every aspect of your performance. Grounded in proven methods and refined through years of hands-on client success, coaching doesn’t just change your body — it reshapes how you live, move, and thrive.
 

Alongside my B.A.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in robotics and automation, I've crafted a unique biomechanical approach to fitness that combines my academic background with my fitness philosophy, helping connect science and strategy combined with discipline and purpose.
 

The gym became my sanctuary, where I built not just strength but also confidence. My mission now is to share these empowering tools and experiences gathered over the years with others.
